You can't upload a wizard onto the portal.  Just the actual build itself

Just stumbled across this post by accident and noticed it hasn't been replied to, if you want to submit your build you can do so by using the web form on the Community Builds main page and full details are in a sticky thread in the Community Portal section I believe.

Updated first post with more relevant up to date information. If you're looking to create your own repo please view the new video linked in that first post. Thanks.

Thank you for this great tool and tutorial. I was able to create my first repo!
Maybe a bit off topic, but here goes. Is there any possible way to have a plugin in the repo that also updates the userdata file of an addon?? For example i want to have a TV guide addon in my repo, and would like to also keep the userdata file for the addon updated with the latest changes/fixes i make to the guide addondata files. Ive looked around and asked in a few different forums without a clear answer, Thanks!

Went through the entire tutorial, but for some reason cannot connect to my Repo in Kodi. I was able to install the repo, but it wont connect. Also I was able to install my add-on but just from the .zip file and not my actual repo. What did I miss?

Damn, I'm sorry kodi2122 I distinctly remember replying to this question on my phone while I was on the train ages ago - looks like my reply never actually came through. I imagine you've got your answer now but the answer is no, a repo can only update items in your addons folder. There is of course nothing stopping you from creating a service in your add-on/repo which downloads new files and places them in userdata though.

@SparkGFX: If you can post a link to your repo on github I'll take a look.
